I have not been able to find these stamps in the Scott Catalogue. I have them identified as No.'s 450 and 451 but that is without the overprint. I can't find the overprint listed in Scott. Can someone help.
They are forgeries of the 1911 issues SC# 516-23. Per the note in my Scott's below # 523, this overprint was used on DEsign # A32 (Shah Ahemd) and overprints on the design A31 (coat of Arms) reprints are forgeries. Mike in NYC / meostamps
