no history, just a calculated guess, combined freight and propaganda
labels to engender support for this very worthy cause that has limited Federal funding.
Eg: The nose wheel tyre on the aircraft is $250 and has to be renewed every 80 landings, labels like these go a long way to support the shortfall.
I'll post a detail of the $5 issue, which, if anyone is a whizz at computer imagery, can stictch the two images together to make a composite, showing the patient lifted off an old Chevrolet Ute.
I have one other Cinderella (quite rare) and one of these labels
used.
They may actually pay dues to outlying sheep stations for subsidiary freight.
