I came across a stamp with the overprint of Tchad, and figure thats where it goes. But also some other overprinting.Africa ecudoral and francaise. Not positive on the spellings as there is a dark cancellation through parts. THanks for your help as to where this belongs. All the overprint is on a french stamp.
Reviewing my "World Encyclopedia of Flags" they are very simular. But the images above are for Romania, the difference is in the yellow. Romania is a bright yellow with the Chad flag is a darker shade of yellow. The size of the flags are the same ratio is 2:3
