Hi all. If you can stand just one more brag. I just got a Scott (US) 519. It is the perf 11 design of 1908, 2 cent Washington. It is PSE certified. Although it is mint, it is previously hinged (lightly).
For anyone wondering why this stamp is unusual, here's why: The postmaster in New York City had on hand about 1500 sheets of Scott 344, an imperf of the 1908 design. He wanted to return them to the BEP for credit, but instead the BEP applied the then current perforation, which was perf 11 and not perf 12. So a scarcity was created.
