I've searched the Scott catalog, checked online sources, but I just seem to be unable to identify the year of this stamp. Can someone help?

That one is Scott #3417, Scientific Progress: Radar, microscope, university buildings. Release date was Dec. 25, 1967.

FYI Russian text reads "50 years October -- accomplishments of the cultural revolution" or something to that effect
