Look what the PO had for me today. I won't show the contents, because anyone following the thread will know.

This was wrapped in plastic so neither the UK or Australian PO's could ruin it. Michael is my new hero and best friend This is a stunner that I will keep forever. Thank you Mr Londonbus!

Very nice Jubilee, a headache to mount.

Any chance of a close up of the commemorative cancel, please?

Jubilee.....Glad the packet arrived safely. You should be getting a different cancel on your FDC.

Spock.....if I understood what you said correctly, then yes, the wording is very close together. I did not see from previous [poor quality] pics that the Tete-Beche M/S's are not aligned, therefore making if difficult to cut a perfect pair....maybe almost impossible even.
It could have been done that way so as to be impossible to produce an Imperf pair or strip, I don't know. The sheet itself is magnificent with all the marginal and gutter markings.

I will study it some more before I set the knife onto it.

LB

next time I come up with a dumb idea and ask you not to mail the stuff from the show itself for the next show shoot it down. sigh what a cancel

well whats done is done

you can all start saluting the emperor for getting it right for the sheets with those pics hooray

now I suggest using the knife wavingly if posible so you get the tete pair. I wonder if you can do that it wil require precise control.
