I posted this postmark on another board. I couldn't for the life of me figure it out. It attracted all sorts of fanciful suggestions




Then, flicking through my SG Specialised Vol 1, lo and behold, there it was. There are none so blind......

I don't think I would have got that, looks too much like a smudge
or just a random mark other than postal. You did well,
or just lucky eh?

However.......it appears you have an uncatalogued number!
to me that seems like NPB with "10" above,
which is not listed.
