Just received the May American Philatelist...on the insided cover is a registration form for a class "Collecting Revenues " with Ron Lesher..says the class is designed for the beginning to intermediate revenue collector..its a two day course which will be held in Minneapolis July 14-15 Prior to the Minnesota Stamp Expo....the cost is 195.00 for APS members and 295.00 for non members..If members in the midwest do not want to spring for the revenue course..perhaps they could attend the expo held at he Crystal Community Center, Minneapolis on July 16-18 !
