Here is a sequence of naval covers in order of date from the battleship U.S.S. CALIFORNIA and the U.S.S. RELIEF.All but two of the covers have the letters.A couple have the U.S.S. CALIFORNIA logo on the letterhead and one letter was written from the U.S.S. RELIEF on a California letterhead.

I am keeping the letters in the covers as im sure this will make them more collectible and complete.I have several civil war covers and letters in sequence in my collection.

Eddie.....

These are refered to as "ship" covers.....canceled aboard ships.

The stamps and covers are really not worth much.......maybe a dollar or so, stained would be less.......but with the ship cancel anyone that collects Navy or WW11 material might be willing to give a little more.
