I found these in a bag of old letters in my recent collection purchase.These are as I found them and I think the flag cancel is neat with the 13 stars.It is a shame someone tore these off the cover but im sre someone collects these.

I would trim the 1st on to a nice rectangle for placement in a stockbook or mounting on a page.
