Scott # 506 With A #503 Color

As most of you know the #506 should be Red/Orange and the #503 should be Brown,I don't know if it's a changeling or has been colored with the wrong die so I thought I'd post a photo of it and see what you think,these photo's are of a 4cent and 6cent just to demonstrate the colors and this variation,oh and I thought I was buying a #503 because of the color I didn't look at the denomination.

It's a changeling... no doubt in my mind. Put it in some peroxide and you'll quickly see it turn to the right color.

Thanks fellas I'll keep this as an example of a changeling,it will look good as a contrast with the other #506,thanks Allen and Tom for your input.

You have just discovered the reentry error of the 6 cent in a 4 cent plate. Oh wait, No, that's the 5 cent in the 2 cent plate. What might have been---sigh.
