I have several "mini-collections" within my main collection. For example, there is a sheet of paper which is called "Stamps of China and Correa (sic)" which contains 15 stamps from China and Korea dated from 1870-1880. On ebay, each stamp would sell for about $80-$100. I am wondering if it is better to gently peel the stamps off the paper and sell them individually, or whether I should sell the whole sheet as one lot.

Any thoughts?

Welcome to Stamp Community Forum, avershawtb!

Please post a pic of what you have, if possible. It's hard to provide advice without knowing exactly what you have.

Corea is the old spelling for Korea.

Do you have the ability to scan it? It would help in giving input as to what to do.

If you end up deciding to split it, I might be inclined to cut them apart and leave them hinged to a piece of paper. (I assume they are hinged onto the page, and not just affixed directly in place.)

Still, I should withhold giving an opinion without seeing it.

Surely it would be better to sell the sheet as a whole? Rather than splitting up such a lovely sounding collection.

I am curious as to where you get your values from.
and, whether the stamps are in such condition to
realise those prices.

Is the sheet something akin to this?
