Looks like a registered receipt card for a letter sent from Lewiston, Me, from the Libby Mill to a company in East Dover, ME

I've sold items like that above online for just a couple of bucks. Usually people who are interested in the local postal history of an area might be interested.

I will stand corrected, but this is generally known in world
philately as an "AR" card, or "Avis de reception" card.

I'll post some discussion on it for your perusal:
