There was a thread on the longest set (or series). I can't locate it for the life of me and am probably zipping past it without seeing.

Anyway, I came across this from an e mail news letter I get on World Stamp News.---


"Guinness World Records™ for China stamps
July 9th, 2010

On 10 April, 2010, in Luoyang City, China, a new Guinness World Records™ record was set for the most stamps in one series, with 1,000 as the current records. The stamps in the series entitled Splendid Peonies were released officially from 2006 to 2010. The stamps were released for the annual peony festivals held in Luoyang, [...]"


Thought this might qualify.
