I'm probably not going to give you any information that you don't already know, but it is a Mexican revenue. The attached tab is referred to as a "talon" on Mexican revenues, and the Recibos overprint means "Receipt" or "Receipts." I don't have a list at hand to give you the specific usage, but the design gives the impression that it would have gone on the back of a receipt for grain, or some such thing.

Nice to have it confirmed.
The dual stamp format suggests a two part account/receipt.
Surprised I havn't bumped into it before,
then I get 5 in a packet.
