Frank was still getting mail in 1953, so allowing for possibility of a Jr. and a Sr., seems likely that he was still going strong.

Well to end the speculation, no, not the same Farnsworth. This was addressed to my grandfather who would have been old enough to have been that one's father; but the letter was from a Lieut CHADWICK.

To answer the other question, yes, the envelope contains the rules for Naval "free" postage pursuant to Paragraph 1 of District Order No 154-42 Dated April 3, 1942.
