I had pretty well near 1000 canceled stamps to sort through the past couple of weeks and in all of them I came across 1 tax revenue stamp from Singapore. It was all green, front and back and it was marked for $5. (Rod, see the F-13 on your KB...lol)

Now, I don't know much about them, but what I do know is that I have no use for them. I will put it away in case I obtain a few more stamps of the like to start a "village" before I trade them away.

Is there a collectors niche for stamps such as these?

There is Donna,
his name is Revstampman :)

Donna you are going to have to put some pennies away for
a scanner.
Perhaps cook some cup cakes and sell at your local car boot sale!

Donna,
If you are in need of a scanner and live in Colorado, I have a couple of extra's and I would be happy to give you one for free.

Rod-If I bake the cup cakes, you are going to buy them from me, right?

Lucky, I've PM'd you from your profile.
