If you are a stamp collector worthy of your salt..you soak stamps off paper...i know its tough when you spot the small tear or the thin spot on one of the better ones...but if experience has taught me anything...i guarantee that hard as it is to believe..someone somewhere can use that stamp that you think everyone has a million of !!
