In Australia we have a stamp magazine called Stamp News.

In this magazine there is a list of stamp clubs with email and or postal address.

My question is do any of the stamp magazines outside Australia have a listing of stamp clubs and contact info or is there any other way to get this information. It would be very helpful to us. KGV

Gibbons Stamp Monthly www.gibbonsstampmonthly.com features "Society News" section each issue.

The August 2010 issue has news regarding the Barry Philatelic & Postcard Society, Basingstoke & District Philatelic Society, Chelmsford & District Philatelic Society, Collectors Club of Chicago, Germany Philatelic Society, Guild of St. Gabriel ("The Guild exists for all philatelists who collect postal material of religious interest..."), Macclesfield and Prestbury Philatelic Society, Mablethorpe & Sutton Philatelic Society, Postal History Society and the Sudan Study Group.

Of interest is The Sudan Study Group's new website www.sudanstamps.org

Hello BGV Collector

Here's a link to the list of national and specialist societies from the Association of British Philatelic Societies (ABPS):

http://www.abps.org.uk/Societies_an...index.xalter

You'll see a link to a similar list of local societies.

I hope this helps.
