Newbie

Hello all. My name is Stanley, and have been lurking here for a couple of weeks, decided to join. My story is much like others here. I started collecting when I was a kid, got out of it for a long time, got back into a little bit about 15 years ago. Now I have some extra time on my hands, and decided to dig out the old collection and get it organized, and hopefully continue to build it. I collect mainly US stamps, but have nothing in my album newer than mid 1990's. I look forward to "meeting" all of you and will ask a TON of questions.

I don't know of any stores in the San Diego area but this link has contact information for stamp clubs in the area and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction.

Welcome aboard! I grew up in San Diego. But it has been years and years since I've been back there. Bet it has changed alot in the last 30 years.

I collect USA stamps too. Do you collect mint, used or both?
We'd love to see some pictures of some of your collection when you get it more organized.

Once you get your minimum posts in, maybe we can do some trading?
