The stamp would be more interesting to people who collect town precancels, though your stamp in particular exhhibits a rather unfortunate fault of having a craggy crease down the middle. Few people would be interested in collecting it unless the perforations were to show it to be a particularly rare stamp.
The fault seen here probably takes most of the value away from a very common stamp like that, as mentioned. However, to someone that likes precancels, or collects specific aspects of this stamp, that wrinkling might not matter much. To me, it is not particularly distracting from this particular stamp, and I like precancels. That said, even in flawless condition, this stamp is probably not very valuable. ??? So I guess it all depends on the stamp.
From what I have read here, precancels, even though possibly never used, are automatically considered used.
Thank you for your answer. For me, fault / relation between cancelled and the stamp are very important. For some stamps, it make it unique stamps and I like it.
