Is that a typo for "slick", or is "smick" an Australian word?

Actually Nugget spelt it differently,
I have always known it as "schmick", and we probably borrowed
it from the Poms, who borrowed it from........

Not used very often these days, replaced by "fully sick" or "wicked"
or a countless number of other extensions.

Seahorses in the Levant

Part 3

A pair of seahorses, this time red ones, also at Constantinople.

(I have placed the image sideways so the interesting double-line BRITISH POST OFFICE CONSTANTINOPLE cancel can be best appreciated)

Seahorses in the Levant

Part 4

And my favourite, a blue seahorse - from the British Army Post Office at Constantinople.

An absolute stunner.
