Someone should email that seller and tell them they could supply him with like stamps at 10% of his selling price, or even 5% to 1% of his selling price.
...and I thought when I saw a local antique dealer selling five used 6 cent Grandma Moses U.S. stamps for $20 was bad. |

I considered reporting this to ebay, but it didn't look as if it matched any of their listing violations, like the guy who was charging about $17.00 for shipping and handling on a pair of stamp tongs. |
