Is a US stamp like that is rare or common.

No perf on 3 sides and half perf on another :)

Badly perfed, yes. However, the cutting is caused by the affixing/dispensing machine. Not common, but nor rare either. I'm not aware of any premium associated with this type of oddity.

That's a great idea

I notice the world vibrating on a different frequency after a scanning bed session. I mean scanner session.

Depends on how long you lay there asleep with your head on the scanner and your finger on the scan button I would think.

They may still have been cut by scissors. I only mentioned the affixer as an example. Some people did in fact use scissors to cut up coils.
