wow where do you find this stuff? look at those perfs, edges and such... I've been playing in my limited collection of 1840-1900 and compared to those I'm ashamed to scan them. |

there are a couple of sellers on wensy, bidstamps and delcampe that I buy from, they are reliable and have good stuff. Also I bid really low and examine the stamps carefully. The airmails I needed for my collection. The 229 is to replace the one I messed up. |

Am I mssing something here????????
The last pictures that show the stamps on the envelope you received....
Those are $1000+ stamps in Mint condition. So the seller licked the back and put them on your envelope?
The two (canceled) stamps you show have a CV over $1000 - the guy just put them on the envelope. Huh?????
Looks like this guy may have a printing press. I'd look real close at the stamps you get from this guy.
I'm guessing I'm way off on something here, but ..... I'm confused - to say the least.

Prince... look closely at the stamps... (by the way at first glance I saw what you saw) 1492-1992 they are reproductions. look at scott # 2624c and scott 2628c from 1992 |

Ya, me too the first thing I spotted was the date in the cancel. I didn't notice the dates on the stamps themselves. |
