It's a nice issue. I would rather have a nice used one than that one, though. The damage to the gum just does not look hing-shaped. The perfs in the upper right quadrant are darkened.
Besides all that I do not like the idea of giving a number grade for a stamp. I know it is good for business, but I think it is bad for the hobby as a whole.
