Junius, that list would be enormous. ABNC absorbed nearly all of its competitors by 1879. So if you also include work by ABNC predecessors, my guess would be more than 50% of all 19th century stamps were printed by ABNC companies. They printed for more than 100 countries.
A reprint of the stamp above appears on the Iron Horse panel from the ABNC Archives 1987 portfolio. The info sheet attributes the engraving to Arthur Vogel in 1946.
