On August 8, 1990 Sweden issued a one pane booklet of six different 2.90 krona designs commemorating the birth anniversaries of two Swedish men who were poets and songwriters. One (Facit #1640) of the three stamps for Carl Michael Bellman (1740-1795) depicts an illustration showing a nude couple. The image on the stamp alludes to Bellman's poem Fredman's Epistles.

I never realised just how many nude images there was on stamps, however, here is one that has been missed.

It comes from New Zealand and was issued on the 18th of November 1932, a health charity stamp featuring Hygeia the Greek goddess of health, cleanliness and sanitation. >

On April 28, 1981 Sweden issued a two-value set of folklore-themed EUROPA coil stamps. The 2 krona value (Facit #1159) of the set features a "Lady of the Woods".

From wikipedia, "The Skogsra, Skogstrun, Skogsnymfen, Randan or Huldran is a mythical female creature of the forest in Swedish folklore. It appears in the form of a small, beautiful woman with a seemingly friendly temperament. She appears like a woman from the front but seen from behind she often has a hollow back and a tail."
