An aside: Anyone have a Prussian Blue example?
I have it as Sc#86?

A few common French Precancels.
I don't see listed in Scott.
Do not see variety listed on the 10c La Sameuse Chalky Blue and Deep Blue.

Rod - "Colonies" are imperforated. The main differentiation in the catalogue for the 10c blue is between "Type III" and "Type IV" (difference in the "c" of the denomination). Pics below.
