I'm only a casual collector, but I noticed these stamps don't have denominations on them. Can someone tell me what they are/what they were for? Thank you!

They are internal postage stamps with facial rates.
In 1990 they issued them in two different perforations.

In Yvert it says: "Current series. Provisional stamps without indication of value. For internal mail"

On analogy with Belarusian stamps, I would suggest that B was a postage rate for domestic postcards, and A - for domestic letters of the 1st weight step (in Belarus - up to 20 g)
