In my Australasian Stamp Catalogue, this is listed under Newspaper wrappers Type 13, as W29 (April 1975) if the space between obliterating lines is 1.5 mm, or W29a if the space between the obliterating lines is 2 mm, or W29b if the space between the obliterating lines is 2.5 mm. I presume it would also be listed in an H & G catalogue. |
