In my Australasian Stamp Catalogue, this is listed under Newspaper wrappers Type 13, as W29 (April 1975) if the space between obliterating lines is 1.5 mm, or W29a if the space between the obliterating lines is 2 mm, or W29b if the space between the obliterating lines is 2.5 mm.
I presume it would also be listed in an H & G catalogue.

First time seen, for me.

Western Australia : Postmarks:
Onslow 1906 Scarcity rating 2-3 "known-should exist in increasing numbers"

Postal Stationery fragment: Registered Envelope.
Threepenny Brown with Brown Text.
Impressed with the 1901 Victorian 3d design, ALTERED to read "West Australia" sited on the sealing flap at the back of the envelope.

The 3d covered the registration, and relevant stamps had to be affixed to the front.

Suggests Type lll registration envelope (4 types exist)

The Fragment

Copied Altered from........Victoria Sc#198

KALANGADOO

No Catalogue in my library.
Rated C = Common,
2 listings..squared circle type $18, 1954 CDS $10

Adelaide Advertiser 2nd March 1915
NAMES OF RAILWAY STATIONS

Kalangadoo was the native name given in 1849 to Morris' station.
It. is derived from "Keliu-nurter,"meaning "Keli's pool of water."
There is great difference of opinion with regard to this name.
The natives in the early days called the swamp near the old Kalangadoo homestead "Kallangabool," meaning"swamp with many gums growing in it.

Population 2015 305
Pmk : 30th December 1929

TPO
1d Kangaroo and Map Die llA
Flaw: "Break, East of Cape York"

Rough Pmk :
T.P.O. 4 N.G.R (My best reading)

Having trouble researching this one...a work in progress.
