I was reading an old dusty book and I came across this info, I know we have a lot of Canada stamp collectors and I see a lot of precancel info and questions so I thought this might be a nice add for the forum.
if someone thinks of a better title for the search engine let me know.
Thanks for the interesting info. I have kept a copy of your post for future reference. I don't generally collect Canadian precancels, but occasionally come across a few and I always wondered what the "key" to some of the numbers actually were.
I searched the site originally and didn't see it, now that I found it I remember the whole thing probably why the list stuck out at me in the book in hind site... O WELL.... now they are in the same post.
