Brazil 1973 Monteiro Lobato 6v. This is a stamp without face value ( a cinderella?) issued together another 5 stamps, honoring the brazilian writer Monteiro Lobato (1882-1948), that wrote stories for childrens and youth. In the 'stamp' are 'Rabicó', a pig, and 'Conselheiro', a donkey.  |

This old (ca. 1910) German cinderella advertises a children's book of publisher Scholz's Artistic Picture Books. Script says, "A wonderful world trip for your little ones, rhymed and drawn by Arp. Schmidhammer." Printing on the back advertises other of Scholz's books.  |

On September 29, 1971 the Dominican Republic issued a set of 5 stamps publicizing its 6th National Agricultural and Livestock Census. The 6c value of the set contains a blue pig.  |
