I bought this back in '65 because I liked the uniforms and since there wasn't too much colour on stamps on those days, I had to settle for seals.

Thanks Russ.

It's like I said at that time most stamps were still printed in one or two colours and lot of them engraved.
Seals on the other hand were already multicolour and I kept on wishing that stamps would also be printed in such a way.
Well I got my wish and then some.
Now I wish they would go back to single colour engraving and maybe 5 issues a year.
