Here is an image of a stamp depicting Chiny and the St. Nicolas bridge on the Semois River, designed by Jef van Grieken (1950- ), engraved by Paul Huybrechts, and issued by Belgium on September 27, 1980 to promote tourism, Scott No. 1059, plus a photo of the bridge.

The Triftbridge is a high cable span footbridge across the Trift Valley from which you can see the glacier of the same name slide into the lake. It is 170 meters long. Europa stamp issued today.

The Spreuerbridge of Luzern is a masterpiece of architecture in wood and contains masterpieces of art. The first bridge built at this site dated from the early part of the 15th century; today's bridge dates from the 16th century and has only been renovated when necessary (note: the other covered wooden bridge of Luzern suffered badly in the fire of 1993). Hello, Kris. Two stamps with the image of the Cappella Bridge in Luzern. The first was released in 1960, and the second just after the fire. The additional price, probably, went on restoration of the bridge

The terrible tragedy in Genoa with the collapse of the bridge should make us carefully to the buildings around us. The talented architect Riccardo Morandi built many large bridges in the 1960-1980s. Surely, many of them need repair or replacement.
The Wadi El-Kuf bridge in Libya was built according to the project of Morandi in 1968
