I have haad a hard time finding free generic pages for Israel. Plenty of info to create some, and I have done some detail work on 1948-1951 but very tedious.
Anyone have a txt file for Israel on album easy?

I think Timbres may be my album page hero. I just found that he has Israel done thru 2009.

All I can say is.... He just my Life easy! It took me about 2 hours to do 1952, then I found his site here. I only saw one error in the first set.

A Great Thread!

However, I'm always a little concerned that sites like these have a virus or Trojan horse or something that will come back to haunt me. Any idea if these sites are clean? I'm NOT saying they are and I'm not looking for a guarantee. But, has anyone checked them lately?

I don't think there is any cause for concern.

I visited all the sites in my original post -- and most of the follow-up posts. None of them caused my security software to hiccup.

I don't think that anyone is going to use a stamp collecting site to try and load a virus. On a GOOD day my site gets about 20 visitors. On a bad day it gets none.

How complete are the Philosateleia pages? I'm looking for pages that cover every major Scott number, but I am also ok with it leaving out ultra rare stamps. For instance, if a stamp was issued both regular and coil with multiple varieties of each and they were each given major Scott #s, can I rely on Philosateleia having them in their pages? Thanks!

I believe it's complete for Scott Major numbers. But it does not keep se-tenants connected, since I believe he collects used stamps. The way he put it in his email was that, if the se-tenant completes a scene, meaning multiple stamps complete a picture, then they're connected. Otherwise, he leaves them separated.
