Steiner has 673 Ghana pages, complete through 2011. Not free, but worth the $30 I'd say.

Stamps1962 I downloaded all the Canadian pages he has at timbres Mondial. It is Scott pages and yes the punch holes do show up on the scan. I was thinking when I was printing off the pages. The U.S. copyright laws don't effect him because he is not U.S. so he's not bound under U.S. copyright laws. Scott can't touch him. When printing the pages off The PDF comes up something like 126%. I changed it to 100%. Don't!! Change it! leave it at whatever it comes up. By changing it to 100% some of the boxes are too small to fit the stamps into.

InDesign is great software but very expensive, and also way more powerful than is needed by most stamp collectors so I wouldn't recommend buying it just for this. It's industry standard for graphical magazines, books and so on. Most stamp albums just need rectangular boxes and a bit of type.

Some people use MS Word - trial and error will help you get the box outlines just the right size to start with. Or, I've experimented with MS Publisher, which I happen to have. I think Excel would be fine too, once you get to grips with re-sizing cells and outlining them - in fact, it could be the better option since it guarantees everything will be in straight lines.

Best to just play around with these things and see how you like it.

Scribus is a free open source Desktop Publishing app I use to do all my album pages.

http://www.scribus.net

There is al learning curve, but it's worth it.

And the price can't be beat.

For anyone interested, I stumbled across this page recently. Apologies if it's been posted before. The downloads are Steiner pages. I'm using the Canada pages from here, and I've been very happy results.

Does anyone know if the APS year pages for the US (2008-2017) contain all major Scott catalog numbers? Curious if all he microprint varieties that are given major numbers by Scott are represented.

About a year ago I distinctly recall seeing mention made of someone offering on line free downloads of album pages for the Czech Republic. I believe they were in color and the producer was located there. Now of course I cannot find it.

I am very familiar with Steiner, these aren't his pages. I recall thinking they'd be perfect for continuation of my K-Line pages for Czech that end at 2011 when those went out of print. Any input welcomed.
