On October 18, 1971 Ireland issued a set of two stamps to publicize the UN's "Year to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination." The high value 10p stamp was printed in black. Hibernian Handbook: "Lithographed by Harrison & Sons Ltd., London."  |

This New Zealand official stamp from 1915 is the KGV 1 1/2d value printed on local plate (S.G. #O89). So, it is a black cancel on a black and white stamp with a black overprint.  |
