I found this post which helps a little bit in the description: https://goscf.com/t/9753

But I still was not able to determine if it is in the Scotts catalog.

Does anyone know? Mine (2008 version) does not seem to have it.

If not, does anyone out there know if they are worth more than 50 cents?

Thanks!

Hi I asked this question recently - https://goscf.com/t/7212&whichpage=16#96119

You might be better of asking in the Back of Book section.

These are definitely not listed in Scott. The best indicator of current market value that I am aware of is seeing what they have sold for at the various online sites.

Revenue collectors as a group are more tolerant of condition issues than your average stamp collectors, so even though these are a bit rough, they might still be of interest to someone.

I spend more time looking for British Commonwealth revenues, but I like the designs of the French revenues, and every time I see them I think I should seek them out, rather than just letting them come to me.
