Calling India Experts: Was This Fake Postally Used?

This stamp is a forgery - an imitation of SG 29 (1921). If the stamp were genuine, it's CV would be £70.

What I'm wondering is if the postmark is authentic, in other words, if it was used postally, or whether the postmark is also fake.

Sorry, but the postmark is also a fake. It's been used extensively to cancel Charkhari fakes: it's an imitation of the CDS used to CTO Charkhari. Here is an example of the postal cancellations of the time:
