Heads up on "early" uses of the new Permanent(tm) Arctic Hare coil stamp that is scheduled for release on January 17, 2011.
Apparently outlets in Ontario are running low on the current Permanent(tm) Flower coils and cannot order any more as stocks are depleted at the warehouse.
It seems that if an outlet runs out of the Flower coil they can then sell the Arctic Hare coil, if the correct barcode is used.
I have heard of some being used today (Jan 4) in southern Ontario. Can anyone find an earlier usage?
