Probably read more in the last couple months on stamps but still prefer advise of others as so many things seem to be a variable. This 6¢ lrg queen has major "smudges" for lack of proper term in quite a few places such as tage in postage and lower right corner. . Would this be a re entry or plate issue? Approximate value would be ???
