This is, IMHO, the best looking stamps produced by the PI last year.

I can't read the text at the bottom of the scan, and I am not sure what the issue has to do with Pitcairn Island.

The issue appears to be a combination of WWI and WWII remembrance. The red poppy I associate more with WWI, but maybe that's just me.

Thanks 22crows. That is amazing, I did not know any Pitcairn Islanders served in WWII. Too bad though their photos were not on the stamps.
