Does anyone know whether this line across the lower right value tablet is a catalogued plate flaw?

I'd go EFO,
your detail is poor,
we really cannot see what is going on.
Watch for error in same set "sir codrington"

I agree it is a litho and looks like the image roll problem.

Well, it's straightforward really. There is a big white line across the value tablet that would appear to have been caused by a scratch on the plate.

I'm just wonder whether the catalogues list this variety.
