Once again, these aren't mine, but I happened to come across them when recently on ebay. Different shaped etiquettes than we normally find (and I don't see where these were posted previously in this thread) so I thought you might enjoy them: |

Since this post started I've been saving these. Curse you SCF! Don't you know I'm weak? I know it was show recently, but I really like that Belgie! |

A couple of current labels in use by Royal Mail. The first is stuck to a parcel or letter when delivery hasn't been possible. This could be due to no-one being available to sign for a recorded delivery, or an oversized parcel which won't fit through the letter box. A card is left asking the addressee to go to the delivery office to collect it. (Initials digitally sanitized, as Smauggie would say ) The second is self-explanatory, I think! (Edit - must remember to actually add images before pressing "post" ) |

Funny, I thought I'd posted this French label here, but I guess I'm thinking of the other dozen threads it appears in. |

Whilst the above label is fine here under etiquettes, maybe it's pertinent to broadcast it's true hierarchy lies under Labels Postal Labels : Accountable Mail. Others in the family: |

Here is an image of an airmail label from Wales that I received in today's mail. Post Brenhinol is the Welsh name for Royal Mail. - nethryk |
