I need some help please, to identify these stamps.
I need year, SG catalogue number and value. Don't get
too fussy as I don't specialise.
Some are sort of identified, but I just don't have the
catalogue out if the library and it's not worth pulling
it out for a couple of stamps.

Scotland

Canada

South Arabia

Spanish Morocco

Austria

Bulgaria?

Congo

Croatia

Italy

Yemen

French Morocco

Serbia?

Niger? French West Africa?

Germany

Unidentified

Saxony Province

Sorry to be a nuisance, but these are the last few in my collection that I need to identify, then I am finished (until the next load of stamps).

Steve, sorry I can't be any help with SG numbers outside the British Commonwealth. The Spanish Morocco are charity labels for orphans of telegraph workers (maybe telecommunications workers in general). I don't think they rise to the level of semi-postals.

Congratulations on being so close to complete i.d. I wonder what that feels like...

Steve,

A start.
The first is GB, Scotland. SG#S38 [1982]70p

Second one is a Bogus stamp for the Island of Eynhallow. There is no postal service to or from the Island. It's uninhabited ! Situated near the Orkney Islands North of Scotland, it is now a Bird Sanctuary, the last residents leaving in the early 1850's.

Third one...Canada SG# 1313, 1988, 40p.

The two South Arabia issues are in the appendix section and have no numbers.
Possibly issued in excess of postal needs, possibly not.
My opinion on these is elsewhere at SCF.

Afternoon Triggermob
Your first "unidentified" is SG764 of Turkey, a 1916 issue, 10pi violet. SG catalogue has it at £2.40 used. Nice stamp.
Your second "unidentified" is also Turkey, SG334, a 1913 issue, 5pa orange. SG catalogue has it at 25p used.
Hope this helps!

Hello Londonbus1. I agree with you that the Montenegrin stamp is SG D141 from 1907 but not about the German occupation.

Nigel...you're right !
I also don't agree with my initial statement.
I had too many albums and catalogues on the desk and was seemingly confused [Nothing unusual]

Will correct it.
