A user at Stamps2Go has asked for help identifying the stamps shown in the attached image. I apologize for the poor image quality - it was provided by the user. The stamps do not appear to be listed by Scott.

Judging from the way the denominations are imprinted, I'm thinking they may be some type of meter stamps. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

These are postage labels, computer-generated labels used for denoting postage paid. Spain has used a large variety of designs for background image on these. As they are not stamps, per se, they will not be listed in the major catalogs. The Edifil Specialized Catalog of Spanish Stamps may have a listing for these.

Actually these are are variable value stamps (or as we Europeans call these - ATM stamps or Framas).

Most european stamp catalogs include these, and they have a somewhat loyal collector base. Michel even has an dedicated catalog for worldwide ATM stamps (for more details about this see http://www.briefmarken.de/shop/Shop...itemid=1717)
