Have been trawling for info on these. Apart from the obvious stuff on the stamp! Is there a set? Are they common? Were they printed in GB or elsewhere? Are they cinderellas? Hope you can help.

The Center for Latin American Monetary Studies is the organization. Possibly a poster stamp for the 1958 annual meeting?

They are definitely labels/cinderellas, but fantastic ones. My guess is this center is part of the activity of the Organization of American States.

This organization was formed for banking and economic issues in Latin America. Most South and Central American countries appear to be members. A annual meeting was held in Rio De Janeiro in Sept 1958.

Ahh! And I suppose De La Rue being banknote printers would be well placed to make a commemorative stamp too.

Though I'm afraid this link says very little.
