Two Older GB Perfins - Know These Companies?

These are a couple of perfins on stamps I have yet to identify. If anyone know catalog numbers, near value or better still the companies of these perfins, I would love to learn them. The bluish one read E over PP (could be DD but I doubt it) and the grayish one reads H H & Co. Thanks in advance - Jeff

Hi Jeff, The H.H & C° perfin is from Henry Head & Co. Ltd, London EC2.

I can't find any reference to the other one.

I'd guess it would be Henry Head the Underwriter.
He lost his son on the Titanic tragedy.
