Japan and 80 something, but now I am done. Can anyone help. I am pretty sure it is a souvenir sheet, but I could use some help with catalog number and near value. Thanks as always - Jeff

Jeff,

I believe it is Scott 509a (sheet of 1) from 1951. 2009 CV unused was $7.25.
